These terms define the main rules for using Saveh Studios products, downloads, and related studio materials.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the Saveh Studios showcase site or using a Saveh Studios app or game, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you download a product through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, the rules and purchase terms of that platform may also apply.
2. License to use products
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Saveh Studios products for personal and lawful purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of software, code, artwork, music, branding, or other studio materials.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse products, interfere with their operation, bypass restrictions, reverse engineer them where prohibited by law, or use automation in a way that harms the service or other users.
You may not use Saveh Studios products to infringe rights, break laws, distribute malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. Updates, availability, and store features
Products may evolve over time and may gain, lose, or modify features without prior notice.
Some products may include optional paid content, subscriptions, or store-managed entitlements. When they do, billing and refund handling are generally managed by the platform through which the purchase was made.
5. Intellectual property
Saveh Studios and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in products, source materials, branding, interfaces, visuals, audio, code, and documentation unless a separate license states otherwise.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from studio materials beyond what is expressly allowed by law or by a written license.
6. Feedback
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that Saveh Studios may use them without any obligation to compensate you, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Please avoid sending confidential or proprietary ideas if you do not want them considered for product improvement.
7. Third-party materials and links
Some products or pages may reference third-party services, websites, or technologies. Saveh Studios is not responsible for third-party content or independent terms and policies.
Use of third-party services may require you to accept additional terms from those providers.
8. Disclaimers
Products and materials are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that every product will remain compatible with every device, operating system version, or store requirement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saveh Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from product use.
Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable rights or protections you may have under applicable consumer law.
10. Suspension, termination, and changes
Saveh Studios may suspend or end access to products or materials when reasonably necessary for maintenance, legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, or product retirement.
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law.
